Following a successful Facebook fundraising campaign for the West Indian Association of
Service Personnel, O’Cheng Bloomfield, the President of Kiwanis London South East, recently made a donation of £475 worth of food items towards WASP’s weekly provision for the Ex-Service Personnel.
Members of Kiwanis delivered the parcel on Wednesday 24th June and also assisted the following day with distributing food items to our members.
Kiwanis South East London: Is a part of an international organisation providing help and assistance to many organisations around the world.
We came across this registered charity some time ago. After making inquiries and ascertaining that it provides help to veterans and the local community. The fact that they didn’t have much but was willing to share the little they have speaks volumes about their generosity in assisting their communities.

Jim Grover: Is a photographer and has been provided this service to members of the WASP organisation. As part of his philanthropic mission, he provides WASP with fruit and vegetables weekly.
Grace Foods: Is one of the largest suppliers of West Indian food here in England, They too have contributed to WASP food bank.
Port Royal Patties: Makes patties from their own recipes and sell them to a predominantly West Indian clientelle. They too have been a suppliers to WASP food bank.
